Studio & Booking Policy

  • Valid debit/credit card is required to book appointments online.
  • Salon owner and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
  • Shampoo and Conditioning is included in all services.
  • We service children’s hair 10 and older.
  • Groupons are no longer accepted.
  • Please be on time for your appointment: Clients that are 15 minutes or more late are subject to a $15 late fee. Clients that are 30 minutes late the appointment will be considered canceled and the customer charged 50% of the total cost of the service.
  • All cancellations must be done 24 hours before client appointment time.
  • If client does not show up or call to cancel and/or misses their appointment, customer will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service in order to be allowed to book future appointments.
  • If clients are unable to book online a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to set an appointment, that will go towards the cost of the service(s) rendered.
  • 50% deposit is required for custom wigs.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 5-14 days for wig construction.
  • Please drop off bundles, closures, wigs and frontals 5 days in advance of being colored or customized. There is no same day color service for wigs or sew ins.
  • Katrina J is not responsible/liable for personal items left in salon.
  • Face coverings and masks are no longer required in the salon, but if you are feeling sick, please wait to schedule your appointment at a later date.
  • Sanitize hands upon arrival.
  • No extra people unless they have an appointment.
  • A 72-hour grace period is provided to fix or repair the hair service rendered, after 72 hours Katrina J is no longer responsible/liable, and additional repairs will require an appointment.

Yes. Please arrive anytime during normal store hours. To avoid unnecessary waiting, book your appointment online or call early.

Installation repairs are free within the 1st week of your appointment.

It is typical that frontals will require maintenance every 1-3 weeks after installation. Frontals cannot be left in for over 60 days.

We are not responsible for any chemical or heat damaged hair or skin reactions due to the client not disclosing or being honest about medical issues or previous hair care work done before coming to our salon. Please be honest with your stylist and let us provide you with the best solution for your situation. Let us know of any allergies. All products used are sulfate free.

Any installation not done by us will be charged a take down fee.

If you leave your purse or other identifiable information, we will pursue contacting you to reclaim your items. If there is no identification on an item, and is not retrieved within 24 hours, it will be thrown away or donated to charity. We are not responsible for items you have left at our salon.
